Academy Award and multi-GRAMMY® Award-winner Melissa Etheridge returns with her band to Ruth Eckerd Hall for the first time since 2014! Etheridge is a rock legend and one of music's greatest female icons. Now nearing her 60s, the superstar has conquered the charts, kicked cancer to the curb, won an Oscar, championed LGBT rights, appeared on Broadway (American Idiot), and become a prolific philanthropist (Equality Florida). The fire inher belly still blazes as is evident in her most recent studio release, Medicine Show. This evening will feature Etheridge's trademark raspy vocals, powerful lyrics and soaring heartland melodies over a range of memorable hits, old andnew.
